These trips are the total package-a perfect blend of fun fitness-related activities (although, you do NOT need to be fit to attend!), memorable social events and programs, mind/body workshops, relaxation time, incredible food, and so much more!
Tulum Mexico, 2012 (7 day retreat)
This trip featured accommodations in thatched huts along the beach-overlooking the ocean. Morning sunrise yoga and beach workouts, ocean side massages, fresh, local Mexican cuisine and seafood, and a fun night out at some local shops, restaurants, and bars were just some of the highlights of this retreat.
Isle Of Palm, SC 2016 (4 days/3 nights)
This retreat took place on an oceanfront property and featured fun beach workouts and meditations, a healthy foods cooking demo & snacking workshop, a night out in Charleston, a resort Scavenger hunt, and lots of time to relax at the pool or ocean.
Dahlonega, GA 2018 and 2019 (4 days/3 nights)
These two retreats are set in the mountains in GA and guests can stay in either a cabin or the Inn. All meals are made in-house and some highlights of this trip were the FOOD, a wine tour, a campfire with live music, hikes in the Appalachian mountains, a self-love workshop, meditations under the stars, and free time to visit the adorable town of Dahlonega or Helen, GA.
Hilton Head, SC 2019 (4 days/3 nights)
This trip was held at an oceanfront resort and it featured a welcome party with local cuisine and cocktails, a beach bike ride and scavenger hunt at the Coligny shops, beach workouts, beach yoga, a healthy eating & mindset workshop, night out with dinner and dancing, and time to relax at the spa, pools, or beach.
