I have designed this 12-week program to give anyone that is newer to exercise, taken a break from their healthy routine, or needs a well-designed plan to follow!
This “Kick Start Program” offers a way to “ease” into an exercise and healthy eating regimen. Here is what it includes:
- A workout video line-up that builds up as you progress through the weeks
- 30 minute (or less) videos that thoroughly explain the exercises (no complex movements!)
- Modifications to decrease intensity & also ways to ramp up the routines
- A live healthy eating & lifestyle presentation with slides (this will be recorded for everyone in the program if you can’t be there live!)
- A new healthy habit to focus on/add in for each week of the program
- A private Facebook page where members can post for accountability, share recipes, ask questions, etc…
- Before/after photos, weight, and measurements (not required, but recommended!)
- Printable healthy recipes that are delicious and easy!
- A few live “Zoom” 30 minute weekend workouts throughout the program
- An opportunity to ask me questions, get feedback, or receive extra guidance throughout the program.
