Fitness Training & Class Schedule

This is the fall schedule starting August 20th!  Please let me know if you have any special requests or would like to

Mondays:

8:00am, 9:15am, & 1:15pm- Total Strength” Class:  Strength training using bands, balls, body weight, dumbbells, gliders, and more!

*10:30am-1:00pm open training times* (please contact if interested)

Wednesdays:

8:00am, 9:15am, & 1:15pm- Mixtape” Class:  Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre exercises-LOTS of variety!

Fridays:

8:00am, 9:15am- HIIT Strength” Class:  Cardio and Strength intervals

*10:30-1:00pm-open training times*

Saturdays:

7:30am-HIIT + Kickboxing Combo Class: 20-25 minutes of Cardio/Strength Intervals combined with 25 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing
